Overview
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of a river park and associated improvements. The Work generally includes contaminated material remediation; modification and abandonment of existing millrace, powerhouse, and culvert infrastructure; in-stream improvements; upland improvements; two stormwater lift stations; and installation of lighting and site improvements.
