Concrete, Electrical & Mechanical Bids
You don't need to see every road project if you're an electrician. You don't care about roofing jobs if you pour concrete. We tag projects by CSI division so you can filter down to work that actually fits your scope.
Generic bid lists waste your time
Most bid services dump everything in one list. Electrical contractors scroll past highway jobs. Concrete guys skip past HVAC-heavy buildings. You spend more time filtering than estimating. Your time is worth more than that. You need to see work that actually fits your scope.
Concrete work worth bidding
Foundations, flatwork, structural concrete, precast, tilt-up. Every project has some concrete, but you want the ones where concrete is a major component. Filter by Division 03 and see jobs where you're not just pouring a sidewalk. Parking garages, treatment plant basins, building foundations. The work that moves the needle.
Electrical scope that matters
Power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, low voltage. Electrical work is in almost every project, but some are more electrical-heavy than others. New construction with significant systems work. Renovations with panel upgrades and rewiring. The projects where electrical is a major trade, not an afterthought.
Mechanical and plumbing opportunities
HVAC can be the largest trade on a building project. Schools, office buildings, and healthcare facilities have substantial mechanical scope. Plumbing varies by project type: hospitals and labs have more, warehouses have less. Fire suppression is required on most commercial buildings. Filter by Division 21, 22, or 23 to see projects where your mechanical trade is a primary scope.
See work that fits your scope
The goal is to show you projects where your trade is a significant part of the job, not every project that might have a few outlets or a sidewalk. Set your division filters once and stop scrolling past irrelevant work. Your inbox should have opportunities you can actually bid.
