South Side Sidewalks Phase 1
Overview
The City of Condon, Oregon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: South Side Sidewalks Phase 1. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of approximately 300 linear feet (LF) of concrete sidewalk and concrete driveways, curb, and mountable curb and gutter; patching of asphalt concrete pavement roadway; installation of two storm drain catch basins; and installation of 20 LF of 8-inch ductile iron pipe along South Main Street. Work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to complete the Project as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Drawings.
