Request for Proposal – Greene County Community Services Building Site Clearing

Overview

Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary for the site clearing at the Greene County Community Services Project will be received by the Greene County Legislature until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at which time and place, they will be publicly opened and read. All bids shall be contained in sealed envelopes, distinctly marked “Community Services Site Clearing” and addressed to: Clerk of the Greene County Legislature 411 Main Street, Suite 408 Catskill, New York 12414. This project consists of all work necessary to make the future building site ready for construction of the above-referenced building. Work consists of complete clearing, grubbing, and leveling of the site back to existing original grades. All stumps, etc. are to be removed from the site and legally disposed of.
