Rehabilitation of a portion of the east facade of the Pipestone Senior Center which partially collapsed and has since been temporarily shored. Scope includes but is not limited to: Repairs to the loadbearing stone masonry in the area and the area adjacent to the partial collapse. the scope will include installing masonry anchors in these locations.
