The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Upgrades to the SCADA system at Taylor Mill Treatment Plant, Memorial Parkway Treatment Plant, Ft. Thomas Treatment Plant and the Ohio River Pump Stations. Programming work is to include these upgrades as well as developing PanelView OIT application related to the Actiflo Improvements project.
