Overview

The Project includes the following Work: The Work for this Contract involves the installation of a new 80-foot by 60-foot pre-engineered metal shop building with an attached 56-foot by 46-foot pre engineered metal office building. The Work includes excavation for the building foundation; construction of a reinforced concrete foundation system; water, sewer, and drain piping; building construction, including internal framing, finishing, furnishings, etc.; building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; electrical work; a standby power generator; and site work; together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein.
