The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of N.W. 2nd Street between W. Elm and W. Cherry Avenues and W. Dogwood Avenue between N.W. 2nd and N.W. Spruce Streets, including construction of two travel lanes, 5-foot sidewalks, curb and gutter, pedestrian ramps, driveways, and stormwater facilities, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings.
