Overview
Construction of 16-inch & 20-inch diameter potable water transmission main from the Shared Resources East Tower near Trent, SD to the MCWC East Service Area. The water main construction consists of about 42,000 linear feet of 16-inch & 21,000 linear feet of 20-inch PVC water main installed by open excavation and horizontal directional drilling methods, ductile iron fittings and restraints, highway crossings with jack & bored 30” & 36” casing pipe, isolation gate valves, manual air release valves, tracer wire, erosion control, seeding & restoration, pressure testing & disinfection, cleanup, startup services, and all other miscellaneous work required not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents.
