A new pre-engineered metal building (51' x 116') for storage with interior dividing wire mesh partitions. The exterior will also include a covered salt storage on east side with large concrete barrier blocks. All required site, building construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work shown in the Contract Documents shall be included under this contract. All required site and utilities shall be included under this contract.
