Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District Admin Elevator Modernization
Overview
The elevator scope of work to be included under this section is for a "full modernization" of the existing building elevator and associated components. The purpose of the modernization is to address the non-operational elevator, but also to extend the life of the existing elevator while improving the dependability and serviceability in the future. Attached is a scope of work for elevator component replacement to be considered as a basis of the elevator modernization. It is the responsibility of the elevator contractor / supplier to make an assessment of the existing elevator and components to determine the extent of repair and replacement of required and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications.
