Gilmore and Thompson Street Improvements

Overview

The City of Heppner, Oregon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Gilmore and Thompson Street Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of approximately 2,200 linear feet (LF) of existing roadway, including installation of new aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, and concrete curb along S.E. Gilmore Street between S.E. Hager Street and E. Pioneer Drive, and installation of approximately 2,460 LF of 8-inch water line, 11 gate valves, 300 LF of 1-inch water service line, 1,700 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer line, and 630 LF of 4-inch sewer service line with one cleanout per service connection. Work also includes overlaying 2 inches of aggregate on approximately 1,650 LF of Linden Way alley. The Work is separated into a base bid with two additive alternatives. Additive alternative work includes reconstruction of approximately 1,500 LF of existing roadway on E. Pioneer Drive, Thompson Avenue, and Morrow Street, including installation of approximately 475 feet of 8-inch storm drain pipe and 130 feet of 6-inch storm drain pipe on W. Willow Street.
