Overview

The Terminal Apron Reconstruction - Phase 2 project generally consists of pavement removal, earthwork, storm sewer construction, underdrain installation, aggregate base course, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and pavement markings. Construction for this project shall be completed by: Phase A - Terminal Apron Reconstruction is to take place over 45 consecutive calendar days and shall be completed by August 27, 2027. Phase B - Glycol Sewer Valves Improvements shall be completed by October 2, 2027. Phase C - Sluice Gate Replacement shall be completed by October 2, 2027.
