The work generally consists of the construction of a 1-million-gallon composite elevated water storage tank with necessary site clearing, improvements and appurtenances; also approximately: 1,350 LF of 12” PVC Water Main, 1 each 12” tapping sleeve and valve, 1 each 12” gate valve, 2 each 6” gate valves, 2 each fire hydrants, 210 linear feet of paved driveway access road, and other related items.
