City of St. Francis 2026 Street Improvements
Overview
The Project includes a base bid and alternates for the following Work: Resurfacing of portions of four (4) streets in the City of St. Francis. This includes but is not limited to full depth pulverization, full length or spot curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk, carriage walk, and driveway replacement where necessary, and adjustment of storm sewer inlets, manholes, sanitary sewer manholes, and water valves across all resurfaced roadways on portions of the following streets: • S Kansas Ave • S Vermont Ave • S Ellen St • E Eden Pl The anticipated substantial completion date is within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract times commence to run and will be substantially complete on or before 8/31/2026 and final completion date is 10/31/2026.
