In general, the project consists of demolishing the former Landmark Property, located at 310 Oconto Avenue in Peshtigo, Wisconsin. This includes site security fencing, possible restricted waste abatement (such as lead paint), demolishing the former 23,522 sq ft building and adjacent driveway, demolishing of existing utility services, disposal of demolition debris, backfilling, and site restoration. The project site is a 0.54-acre parcel owned by the City of Peshtigo. The parcel encompasses 1 block in a residential and commercial neighborhood. There are no immediate redevelopment plans. Following demolition, the site shall be backfilled and graded to form an even slope and shall be restored with turf
