Overview
Contract A - Downtown Parking Lot Improvements Improvements to the municipal parking lot located at the northeast corner of Broad Street and Locust Street in downtown Lanark. Work generally includes pavement removal and replacement, aggregate base installation, hot-mix asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, driveway, pavement markings, site furnishings, lighting improvements, landscaping, erosion control, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. Contract B - Lanark Park Storm Improvements Improvements within and adjacent to Lanark City Park generally located along Burns Street and West Claremont Street in Lanark, Illinois. Work generally includes drainage improvements, curb and gutter installation, aggregate base and pavement placement, pavement markings, grading, erosion control, site restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.
