The work for which bids are asked includes the following: The work to be completed includes asphalt milling and overlay work, water main replacement, water service line replacement, PCC curb replacement, PCC driveway replacement, water and sewer fixture adjustments, topsoil placement and grading, site restoration including seeding, and other related items. The location of the project is: Locations within Asbury to receive work include the Legacy Heights Subdivision, Middle Road, Seippel Road, Deerborn Drive, Meadow Court, Parkside Drive, Green Crest Court, Wintergreen Drive, Asbury Circle, and the Wedgewood Lift Station Access Lane. The anticipated substantial completion date is October 2, 2026 and final completion date is October 16, 2026.
