Audubon Fire Station

Overview

The proposed fire station, to be located at 207 Market Street in Audubon, Iowa, will consist of a 16,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building that will be sub-divided into a meeting room, kitchen, laundry room, mechanical room, tool room, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, storage mezzanine, and an apparatus bay. The building will utilize interior wood framing to sub-divide the spaces and to create the mezzanine. The exterior façade will consist of pre-finished metal wall panels with a pre-finished standing seam roof panels. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems shall be included under this contract.
